Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made directly from Audio Kitchen through our website. They explain the basis on which we sell our products and what you can expect from us when placing an order. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

About Us

Audio Kitchen is the trading name of Mutronics Group Ltd. If you have any questions before placing an order, please get in touch. We’d always be happy to help.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you’ll receive an acknowledgement confirming that we’ve received it. Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch your goods or, in the case of custom-built products, when we confirm that work has begun. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if: • a product is unavailable; • pricing or product information contains an obvious error; • payment cannot be authorised; • we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we’ll issue a full refund.

Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices for UK customers include VAT where applicable. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated.

Payment

Payment is taken securely during checkout using the payment methods offered by our website. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Availability & Lead Times

Many Audio Kitchen products are built in small batches or to order. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but should be regarded as estimates rather than guarantees. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control may affect production or delivery. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed and let you know as soon as possible.

Product Information

We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate. Because we continually refine our products, minor cosmetic or technical changes may occasionally occur without prior notice. These changes will not materially affect the intended performance or function of the product.

Custom Orders

Products made to your individual specification or modified at your request may not be eligible for cancellation or return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We’ll always make this clear before confirming your order.

Delivery

Delivery information, shipping methods and estimated transit times are explained on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address you supplied. Ownership of the goods passes once payment has been received in full.

Warranty details are set out on our Warranty page. Our warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

Returns & Consumer Cancellation Rights

Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to return products, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to the above, our liability arising from any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, except where required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
